  • Administrative Director

    Prairie Learning Center is announcing the opening of the Administrative Director position.

    We are a residential facility serving at-risk teenage boys, ages 12-18. We are located approximately 65 miles SW of Bismarck, North Dakota. PLC offers a country setting for residents and employees. Rural family values, use of the outdoors, and the creativity of each staff member make PLC a place where everyone has an opportunity to succeed. The Administrator shall have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, social work, or a related behavioral field from an accredited college or university. This person must be knowledgeable regarding adolescent behavior, facility management, and possess good communication skills. At least five years of experience in this field is mandatory, and two years of experience must have involved supervision of staff. The candidate will be expected to live within a reasonable distance from the Facility.

    Benefits include full family health, dental and vision coverage. PLC offers a life insurance policy to all employees, and also makes a contribution towards an employee’s retirement plan. There is housing available.
